GMAT Verbal Section | What % in each section is required to get +45 in verbal?

I was curious if there's a suggested goal for each section to achieve a score of 45 or better in the verbal portion.
I am not a native speaker, but I am trying to get above 750 on the exam.
I have taken GRE in the past (720 Verbal), but GMAT is definitely harder than GRE.
My performance in SC and CR were horrible when I took the exam cold, but after two weeks of studying, the scores have improved (~70% OG).
I feel like I have a long way to go until I reach my goal, but I am very determined.
