Appreciate the response. At this point I've given up trying rationalize GMAC's scoring. Just took GMAT Prep Exam 2 from the Exam Pack 1 and again answered 7 verbal q's incorrectly....this time I correctly answered the first 15 (then missed 16 & 17 back to back, only back to back misses, others misses were pretty dispersed), and ended with the last 6 right. Verbal Score: 40...wtf? Also, had my best GMAT Prep Quant Performance by a long shot....only missed question#'s 4, 18, 25. Quant Score:
