I am having difficulties understanding the following sentence.
Radar, sent from Earth and orbiting spacecraft, has mapped cloud shrouded Venus.
Is "Radar" the name of a spacecraft? Shouldn't it be: "Radar, an orbiting spacecraft sent from Earth, has mapped cloud shrouded Venus." ?
