The choices you have listed seem to be good.
You could also consider schools in places like Germany -- their MBA programs tend to be cheaper. I would also recommend considering schools in the US due to the wealth of scholarships on offer. One of my students had a similar concern about the cost, but applied anyway, and he got into a reputed US business school with scholarship. Between the scholarship and the internship, you can offset the tuition by quite a bit.
