I've had a student get into Kelley with work experience similar to yours, but he had a 730+ score. You've said it, but I'd still recommend taking another shot at the GMAT. There's no challenging the fact that the Indian, IT, male, 3-4 years exp profile is over-represented in the applicant pool -- a GMAT score of even 660+ could be a game-changer. You have enough time as most schools start accepting applications
