I concur with ankurgupta03, the use of "with" is incorrect. "With" in such situations indicates sense of possession.

Literally, the sentence means "the rare coalition coalition government will guide Italy with Europe’s largest economy, i.e Italy + Europe's largest economy, out of stagnation."

Thus, it doesn't seem to mean the right thing.
