In order to give you recommendations on schools, it would help to know which school you went to for undergrad, what your GPA was and what company you are working for now. In terms of the US vs EU schools, it really depends where you want to be after your MBA. If you prefer to work in Europe, I would recommend going to a European school unless you are targeting one of the top few US schools, and even then there are advantages studying in Europe.
