GMAT Critical Reasoning (CR) | High Difficulty CR Question

In CR we are not allowed to add outside information and whatever is given in the argument is considered 100% true and limits our scope of reasoning and set realm of reasoning. IMO option A looks more appropriate than B.

one must have five years of work experience and a 90th percentile GMAT score ---> To get into a top MBA program.
Alexis has a 95th percentile GMAT score and five years of experience in the work force ---> so Alexis must be accepted into a top MBA program.
