Need a detailed explanation on this one.

My analysis:

We have to explain the findings in the light of the evidences given in argument.

78-88: Beverage conthttp://gmatclub.com/forum/ Total garbage decreased.
Most of the decrease came in because of AL and Glass(GL).

Also,

(1).Al recycling > Glass recycling.

(2).Even then %age decrease in glass> %age decrease in AL ( In terms of total garbage).

Considering numbers this can happen like below:

Al: 100
GL: 70

After decrease and recycling.

Al:50
GL:30
