I would take each exam once--they certainly drop in validity after the first time, and you're better off studying the exam thoroughly afterward. If you need more tests (and you probably do), you can purchase two more from mba.com, or buy a book from a prep company (Manhattan GMAT comes to mind) and get access to 6 CATs.
