Breaks: the admin logs you in, so you should give them 60 seconds to keep it on the safe side. 8 minute break is really more like 7 minutes or less, all things considered. Use those breaks, too. Close your eyes while you're resting/chewing your food etc.
Finishing early: First of all, don't do that, unless you're scoring 51 in verbal. Finishing 30 seconds or a minute early maybe, but not 5 minutes.
