This would depend on the time you have left to take the exam. If you have about 6 months time, I would suggest you read magazines on biology and chemistry.
Since you have completed most of the basics and look confused about writing down the points during an RC, you could try writing 1 or 2 diagrams roughly for each para- This would be just for your visual memory. Ex: You can always write down the sequence of chain reaction and its result- if they were a part of an RC.
