How could it be a Cause and Effect here? The question states that many youngsters 15-30 are facing LAS. These youngsters are interrupted by mobile every 10 mins, which does not mean that this interruption causes LAS.

And they have also explained that Rob has LAS as he is using mobile every 5 mins.

This seems like Rob's coincidence is used to support the previous explanation by setting a cause and effect relation.

So Option C should be right. Please let me know if I am wrong.
