Can someone help me understand the difference between the 'compared to' and 'compared with' rules...I've always thought they can be used interchangeably, so tend to get stumped every time this rule is supposed to be applied!
For this question though, there were other reasons as well for which the 'compared to' answer choice could be eliminated...so was kinda saved!![Image]()
