The B-School Application | Let's Talk About Weaknesses...

I'm having my direct supervisor and the board president of a NPO where I sit on the board submit my LOR's. I'm having trouble with Tuck's request forthree weaknesses. My supervisor's was fine, but my other recommender isn't sure what to write. We have worked together for quite some time and she knows me well, but our relationship has always been productive and positive and so we can't really think of much. She thought of presentation skills, as that's something I can definitely improve on
