Can someone please let me know what is the impact of the statement below on theargument?
The number of students in the current batch is way lesser than the batch of 2009.
Wouldn't this statement weaken the conclusion since if the number of students is way lesser than the 2009 batch, the number of students securing more marks might have been very less than the number of students who secured in that band in 2009, implying that the number of intelligent students in 2009 batch are more in number.
