The primary problem in A is the use of wrong diction ‘soon be’. The correct diction is ‘soon have’. Therefore, A is out.
Coming to would vs will, when you use a speculative or not so certain modal ‘would’ for the causal part, you cannot use a definitive ‘will be impossible’ for the effect part. You must change the effect part to an equally speculative ‘would be impossible’ or ‘might be impossible’.
