I had one small concern here - Even if the manufacturing is operating at peak levels, it is not necessary that Darfir has no extraneous stock which it cannot export. In going with B, we are kind of assuming that to export, Darfir will have to produce extra which is not necessarily true - For e.g. - It might be the case that they produce for exports but are not able to sell in the market. If the currency is devalued,the exports become relevant.

Am I overthinking here?
