Taking FULL-LENGTH CATs (with the Essay and IR sections) on a consistent basis is an essential part of the study process. As such, you should plan to take a FULL CAT every 1-2 weeks. Since it sounds like you have not taken a CAT in some time, then you should plan to take one soon (perhaps this weekend).
