I do not know why some say D is correct. I marked E because we have to say that harvesting i.e. growing more mushrooms is not endangering the tree. Option E clearly shows a relationship b/w harvesting mushroom and effecting a tree. D talks about effect on mushroom itself. plEASE EXPLAIN.
