Option (B) is not supported by the argument. Note that the argument does not differentiate between "zoo workers" and "others who spend a lot of time with animals". So we cannot say whether zoo workers have more serious allergies or "others who spend an equally large amount of time with animals". They all come under "people who spend a lot of time with animals".
