GMAT Verbal Section | How to reduce time for 1 question

Friends,

for verbal section I always have not enough time.
When time is not limited, I have time for the whole process (pre-thinking and etc), my results are much better.
But when time is limited, I have a lot of mistakes. Usually, when I start to hurry or in the end, when I don't have time at all for last several questions.

What the strategy should be in such case? What is the best way to improve time per question?

My quant score is 40-44 without practise (I haven't started Ofiicial guide),
