Hello experts,
I chose C just because it was the best among all and because I liked the later half (groups concerning their position on certain proposed legislation)

but, I don't undertsand how the word "contrasting" is right?

the groups are not contrasting each other views infact 2 of them opposed the legislation , only one supported, onlypartly!
