B says : B) Most of those who traveled by airplane did so because other means of transportation to their destinations were unavailable , there is no text in the passage which talks about the mode of transportation being available or not

D is the most logical answer , ? 50% of all expenses is on airfare m hence those who did not use airfare had less expense that those using airfare since they did not pay this bulk amount at all
