Do we choose the option C because there are contrasting clauses? Since the knowing the importance of eating vegetables and less sugar shows a positive idea whereas failing to realise that exercise is also important is a negative idea. Hence, we use co-ordinating conjunction 'but' in option C and discard option B? Please explain whether my logic of reasoning is correct.
