I think you've listed the wrong OA for this question (I imagine it will be edited, but right now it says "C", and the answer is B). The stem says people using iron pots get all the iron they need from the pot itself. But it then concludes people using those pots don't need to eat foods that naturally contain iron. We might need to eat those foods for reasons other than iron, so to draw its conclusion, the argument is assuming that these iron-containing foods aren't foods we need to eat
