My 5 cents into AWA discussion - forget about AWA and focus on quant and verbal! This is the best advice I would give as for AWA preparation. Yet, there is one thing which helped me a lot: I just took one of the high-rated AWA assays here on the forum and copy/pasted the common phrases out of the essay.
