I am really confused between C and D. rest i can easily eliminate.

c) it contradicts itself by pointing out that collective action has a different result than does an
individual action- it means collective and individual actions are different from each other and ofcource results will be different in both cases.
d) it cites the consequence of everyone performing an action rather than that of Sally’s action
itself- almost giving the same meaning

anyways m confused here, anyone pls help
