I have a doubt in Question no 3 I Rejected option b because B it is saying that "cite a specific case that has convinced Western business experts of the value of a certain business practice" But in the passage, nothing is given about the specific example it is said that general practice is followed among Japanese business man and that is what it is written in option A. Can someone please explain where am I going wrong?
