Old Minimum wage - 1000
No of Employee = 10

Budger 10,000
New minimum wage= 2000
No of Employees = 5

Question - No this will not happen

A- Cost of hiring and finding new 5 people to work at old Minimum wage = The difference.

How does it weaken the position of the employer ?? The employer only says he wont be able to afford the as many employees.
