I have been to the test center and can assure you there are no issues you will face there. It is in a quite / secluded corner of the university on the 5th floor. As you would already know, visiting the test center before the GMAT is advisable but rest assured no issues will pop up.
I was given ear plugs and a locker to keep my stuff. The washroom is really close by so you wont end up overshooting the break time.
