overweight people say 90 kg- low metabolic rate (low calorie burning), and it remains UNCHANGED
they reduced their calorie consumption- let's say burning(metabolic rate)- 1500 cal per day consumption reduced from 2300 calorie to 1400 calorie per day,
so they started loosing weight as burning rate more than consumption rate
now normal weight person- say 70 kg, has better burning rate - 2300 calorie and he consumes 2300 calorie, so no weight gain
now this newly thin person (from 90 to 70 kg) still
...
