I was wondering about tense issues regarding (C) and (D): (C) says "Because Arcsun Corporationis announcing their new home video system, Playlite has to upgrade its own systems by competing with them; (D) says "Since Arcsun Corporationis announcing their new home video system, Playliteis to upgrade their systems by competing with them."
Compared to the right answer (E)(Since ...has announced ..., ...must ..), is there any preference
