GMAT Sentence Correction (SC) | Re: The data being collected in the current geological survey

Confusing questions. IMO the answer is E...however, the word "data" is used as singular in OG 13. I would love to see an example (from any versions of the GMAT OG) of the word "data" being used as plural.
