It is not clear what does "those" refer to. Does it refer to movies, great white sharks or people?
B) movies—fewer than have been
C) movies, which is less thanthose
The use of "which" right after the comma conveys the meaning that the movies are "less than those killed by bee stings".
Furthermore, it is not clear what does "those" refer to. Does it refer to movies, great white sharks or people?
