GMAT Sentence Correction (SC) | Australian embryologists have found evidence that suggests

I know E does not have any grammar error, hence it is the correct answer. But I think it has a meaning issue.

Original sentence conveys that evidence does the suggesting - ".....evidence that suggests...."
However, in answer choice E, embryologists do the suggesting - "Australian embryologists have found evidence to suggest" .

Not sure where I am going wrong. Need help..
