D.Bill visits the Westside apparel store at Mall X more frequently than Andy does.
How one can say this, it could be
--Andy visits even more than Bill but they both have not recognised or saw eventhough the store is small
--Andy might visit on different days and time may 3 times in a week on Mon,Tue,Wed on morning hours and Bill visits on Thu, Fri , Sat on evening hours
--Also happens that Bill visits more no.of times on the same and Andy stays longer on the same day like on Sundays
