In A, the range is not mentioned. The information deals only with the prime numbers in the set and not all the numbers in the set. --- insufficient

B: range is mentioned but the terms and their number not mentioned.

A+B the range we know. We know prime numbers appear once. But what about the other numbers? What are those ? What is the mean? We do not have the variance to calculate the sd.
