Hey, even I face a similar situation right now. I gave GMATprep 1, and scored V44 with 7 incorrect. and in the second test today I got V34 with 9 incorrect, although I agree that my incorrect answers in the second exam were in consecutive pair or triplets, whereas in the first one, they one were spaced out.
maybe that makes the difference of such a scale. My G-day is 2 days from now. I hope such a thing doesn't happen on the test day.
