GMAT Critical Reasoning (CR) | Re: Headaches can often be effectively relieved by over-the-counter

I do not agree that B is the correct answer choice because it states "physicians advise against seeking immediate relief from pain."

The passage states "doctors warn against employment of" relieving headaches by over-the-counter medication, NOT against relieving pain. What if I first applied an ice pack for relief then immediately went to a physician?
