You have a pretty balanced profile.
Academic Potential (past scores are decent, though GMAT is just shade below the average of the class), Work experience is strong (good potential for story telling with interesting career progress and achievements along with some international exposure), Diversity is helped by your extracurricular activities and industry (make sure you prove in your essays how these extracurricular activities will help you add value the experience of your batchmates inside and outside the classroom). Career goals is the only place where you need to pick a direction- Operations is vastly different from Management Consulting. Also, research a bit more on the career choice (wrt to Consulting)- what thata career entails, what is needed to get in (for example some companies look at high GMAT scores also). Operations of course is an organic choice (but only if you want to do it) and you should pick a single direction (for essays/interviews at least)
