Sorry if I'm a little slow. I initially chose B. If farmers typically use pesticides in larger amounts, they can reduce usage, and hence genetic seeds will not become the norm. if they typically DO NOT use pesticides in larger amounts, they cannot reduce pesticides, and hence genetic seeds WILL become the norm, since farmers will gravitate toward insect resistant crops

Where am I going wrong?
