Hi. Sorry for the delay in response. But, option D was a trap choice. So, all my logic failed. Anyways, in response to your query when we look for additional information or new information in strengthen ques we always look for option that is not explicitly stated in the stimulus. Something, that provides additional information and supports the conclusion. Hope that helps!
