I had a tough time with this question..

I picked choice B ; here is why I did that. But before that, what is our goal with a weaken question? We need to go opposite to the conclusion.
Let us look at the conclusion:-- "and once humans become aware of these (cognitive things), they cannot be made happy by anything that does not involve gratification of these faculties."

So now we need to find something that doesn't gives gratitication to cognitive things but still makes people
