If you can those extra 40+ points, you'll definitely have a chance at ISB. You have some good brand names on your resume and HR will be a little "different" from more traditional applicants.
I would feel a lot better if your extracurricular profile were stronger, but that's not the end-all-be-all, nor can you do much to change it at this point.
