GRE : Below Average

Academics : Average; Did you actually have a 4-point CGPA in a govt. college in India? Or did you just use the WPS transformation of scores for US applications? Do note ISB is OK to consider either an absolute percentage OR a 10-point scaleCGPA.

WorkExperience : Above Average; An intrapreneurial hustler sort of a role in a Digital Marketing agency demonstrates high growth potential and the results you were able to achieve in a short time frame are proxy for your impactful leadership skills.
A lot of people will apply to ISB with a marketing (Digital as well as offline) background. However, there will be few who have prior experience of marketing in a niche and highly regulated industry. You will need to highlight this in your application prominently so that you carve a clear cut USP for yourself.
