You are close. Though if you read the last like of the paragraph that is the conclusion of that paragraph. Which says that companies will be able to artificially controlling the supply to control pricing in the market.
Now coming to A: it says that doesn’t matter if companies are managing the supply.... Demand itself is going to be so high that prices will stabilize
So if this is the assumption on which conclusion depends then the conclusion itself doesn’t make sense.
