Hi Maheshkv,
I noticed that you're looking at the GMAT Exam to GMAT Focus table. This table is most likely for schools that primarily receive or use GMAT Focus scores. Since you took a GMAT Focus practice test, you want to look at the GMAT Focus to GMAT table. If I remember correctly, it's in the samedocument.

Thanks I'll try to find the other table you mentioned but ideally shouldn't both be the same? This would create a lot of confusion among students and Bschools too. I honestly don't know how easy is it on B schools how to account for all these minornuances
