Study Plan | Good GMAT Club Quant Test Results but poor in timing!

Hello GMAT Club members

I have finally started getting consistent score across GMAT Club quant mocks ( Q50 is last 3 tests) but I am facing issues in managing time. I am consistently taking around 75 minutes to complete the quant section. I am planning to take GMAT in 3 to 4 weeks, and desperately need solution to improve the speed while maintaining the accuracy.
Can anybody please provide step by step approach to this problem? Not fixing these issue will terribly hurt my score not just in quant but other section too.
Also, please let me know if studying based on ESR report can help me in this issue.
