A's work rate 1/20.
A, B and C combine work rate = (1/20+1/30+1/60) = 2/15
1/20x+2/15y=1
3x+8y=60
Possible values for (x,y) -> (20,0),(12,3),(4,6),(-4,9)
(12,3) = 15 days matches with the answer. Hence B.

1/20 + 1/30 + 1/60 should be 6/60 or 1/10. How did you get 2/15?
